Neutralise

The problem generated by electrostatic charges is a real one for many workstations.

If modern microelectronics (integrated components) is particularly sensitive to them, other industrial sectors are also badly affected. This problem results in loss of time as well as considerable financial harm and may affect people’s health. Charges of well over 10,000 volts can accumulate on people, clothing, materials and equipment.

It only requires an accumulation of 100 V to damage electronic components however.

These devices are commonly used to eliminate electrostatic charges remotely or on shaped parts. But we also supply custom devices for a more targeted response to your special applications.

ECA 88-BS

ECA 88BS electrodes call on the accumulation of capacitive charges at each point. The corona effect is obtained on saturation of the capacity. The advantage of the process is to avoid the inconvenience caused by accidental contact with the electrodes under voltage.
Of similar design to the ECA 88 B, this version differs due to the use of a tubular aluminium or stainless steel section as an expansion chamber for the compressed air.

ECOBLOWER

The new capacitive ECOBLOWER device is a robust and extremely compact system for eliminating electrostatic charges remotely. Designed from a solid lacquered sheet steel casing, it has a tangential fan leading to a blowing nozzle. This nozzle incorporates 2 to 3 powerful capacitive effect ionising bars. Its installation on-site is made easy thanks to its swivelling mounting bracket.
The combination of 2 or 3 capacitive ionising elements causes powerful and effective ionic release. In addition, the addition of an integrated tangential fan creates homogenous ionic diffusion that eliminates electrostatic charges on products at distances of from 1 to 3 metres. Blowing power is optimized by a resistance.

ECOFLOW

The combination of an antistatic electrode and a laminar flow air shower creates a curtain of ionized air. This ionised air curtain, due to its power and strong ion concentration, neutralises electrostatic charges and expels stray particles.

TIS-N capacitive ionisation head

Specially designed to eliminate electrostatic charges in small parts in many types of industries (plastics, printing, silkscreen, etc…). This device connected to a generator is capable of solving a multitude of problems (bonding, dust removal, cleaning). This new generation of guns and heads is absolutely remarkable due to its capacitive process which protects the user from incorrect handling, while ensuring a higher yield.

TISP-N capacitive ionisation gun

This new ionising gun is the result of a lengthy study. In fact, the high-voltage cable is now integrated into the handle. Another advantage is that the compressed air no longer circulates through the high-voltage part, thus eliminating problems of humidity and corrosion, as well as the device wearing prematurely.
